THE IMPORTANCE OF BREAKFAST FOR STUDENTS   

   A lot of people, especially young people, go though the day without having breakfast. Many people believe that it is not necessary, or they say that they don’t have time for that, and begin their day with no meal. I believe that everyone should eat breakfast before going to their activities. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of breakfast, especially for students.

   The first reason why you should eat breakfast before going to school is for your health. When you skip breakfast and go to school, you are looking for a disease because it’s not healthy to have an empty stomach all day long. It’s very important to have a meal and not let your stomach work empty. All you are going to get is gastritis and a lot of problems with your health if you don’t eat breakfast.

   Another reason for eating breakfast is because you need food for to do well in your classes. You body and your brain are not going to function as good as they could because you have no energy and no strength. When you try to learn something and have nothing in your stomach, you are going to have a lot of trouble succeeding. A lot of people think that they should not eat because they are going to feel tired, but that’s not true. Breakfast is not a very big meal, and on the contrary, you’re going to feel tired if you don’t have breakfast because you have spent the entire previous night without food.

   The last reason to have breakfast every day is because you can avoid diseases if you eat some breakfast in the morning. If you don’t eat, you are going to get sick, and these diseases will have a stronger effect on you because you’re going to get sick easier than people who have breakfast every day.


   You have to realize that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you cannot skip it without consequences for your health, your school and your defense mechanism. It is better to wake up earlier and have a good breakfast that run to school without eating anything. It is time for you to do something for your health, and eating breakfast is the better way to start your day. 

In my opinion all of the students hate mondays. We must wake up very early because of it.

NEGATİVE SİDES OF TV

  TV exists a big part of human's life. People watch TV from the morning to night. Nowadays, every house has more than one television. I think it is an unnecessary device.

  The first negative side of Tv is wasting time. It makes you forget a lot of things to do. I don't usually do things by halues. Recently, I forget to do homeworkk, while I am watching TV programme.

   

  The second negative side of TV is health problems. Watching TV harms our health. Coming harmful rays on TV damage our eyes. Many people say "When I watch tv for hours, I feel set my eyes." According to doctors, we should watch tv max. 2 hours in one day.

  The last negative side of tv is harmful programme. Especially some tv programmes harm for children. Watching harmful programme effect misbehaviour on children. Some children simulate tv character. This harm their character.

  There are many negative effects on our lives of TVs.  We draw from our lives. While we can not , we should reduce the influence of it. We shoul be fewer included our lifes.

In the past people used to load a lot of musics on a casette. They made casettes precious. Today, just one click do this for us. This essay will examine the causes of downloading music and focus on the effects of downloading music.

     

    The first cause of downloading music is free. In the past, people used to go music shop to buy CD and cassette. You should pay some Money to buy CD and cassette, but downloadingmusic from the internet is free.

     

    Another cause of downloading music is to access easily. You can find the musics that you want on the internet.

   

    Third cause of downloading music is to find many kinds of music. Internet has plenty of musics. For example; classic music, punk, pop music,, foreign music etc.

   There are some effects of downloading music from the internet. The first effect is illegal. Goverment explained to be illegal downloadingmusic from the internet. Nevertheless, people don’t act on this explanation. Another effect is to constitute a bad effect on music industry. Music industry disappear because of downloading music from the internet day by day.

BLACK BEAUTY The book is an autobiography from the point of view of the titular horse, named Black Beauty. The first part of the book deals with Beauty's birth in a meadow, his time spent as a foal with his mother and the advice she gives him to behave well to be treated well. Then he is sold to the Squire Gordon who is a horse lover and cares very well for his animals. Here he meets the grooms John Manly and James Howard who are loving, neat and efficient. Beauty spends the better part of three years here and makes friends with the other horses: Ginger, Merrylegs and Sir Oliver. This idyllic life ends with the beginning of the second part where Beauty is sold, along with Ginger to Earlshall Park. The life is harder there and the painful bearing rein is used on the horses. A riding accident causes his knees to be ruined and he is sold as a job horse to a new master who cannot take the trouble of rearing a horse and sells him again. Next, Beauty is sold to a hardworking cab driver called Jerry. On the runs in the streets he meets his friend Ginger who is miserable due to the harsh treatment meted out to her and subsequently he watches her corpse being carted away a few months later. Jerry falls ill and Beauty is sold again. The horse then passes from one master to another, most of whom overwork and mistreat him till at last he is sold to the Blomefield family for whom his old groom Joe Green is working. Green recognizes Beauty and he lives out his last days in peace and happiness.

Why People Should Ride a Bicycle for Short Distance Trips A bicycle is a mechanism that has transported man for many decades. Nowadays, bicycling is a great way to move from one place to another in short distances. I believe you should use a bicycle for short distances to protect the environment as well as your health. The purpose of this essay is to explain why people should ride a bicycle for short distance trips. By riding a bicycle, people can decrease gasoline consumption, improve the quality of their lives, and protect the environment. The first reason to use a bicycle for short distances is that you can cause a decrease of pollution. Because many people use their cars to move short distances, they increase the rates of pollution causing more pollution problems to our environment. That is why the use of a bicycle for short distances is a really good idea to help lower the rates of pollution. The second reason to use a bicycle for short distances is that you can help lower gasoline consumption. If you use a bicycle or a car to move to a place that is near your home, you will decrease the gasoline consumption of your car. This can save you a lot of money because the price of gas is expensive. Maybe, it is the laziness of some people who use their cars to drive to places that are near their homes. However, this habit of driving causes an increase of gasoline consumption. Finally, the most important benefit of riding a bicycle on short trips is that it can help you have good health. When you ride a bicycle, you use your legs to move, and this physical exercise is aerobic which means that your heart is pumping blood throughout your body, so it fortifies your heart, lungs, and other important parts of your body. These are some excellent reasons to ride a bicycle. Although using a car is acceptable for long distances, we need to remember that a bicycle will help us even if we are moving only short distances. I think that we need to make a distinction when it is better to use a car or a bicycle. We need to keep in mind that riding a bicycle will provide us with health and other benefits. A bicycle can save us money in gas and also decrease the rate of pollution. That is why if we use a bicycle, it can improve the quality of life of the person who owns it.           Shopping is the most joyful activity in the world. When people, particularly feel bad, sad, happy , they go shopping. Especially it is the greatest passion the women. There are few kinds of shopping. I'm going to mention "online shopping" and "real shopping" below for you.

       The first style of shopping is online shopping which is the easiest shopping style. You can buy everything with just one keystroke. Online shopping is useful in terms of security. The most famous website  is trendyol. You can find everything that you want. For example; kinds of shoes, clothes, jewelleries..

      Real shopping has lost. It's popularity latterly, but at the same time it prefer few of people. It is conventionalof people. While you are shopping real, you must tour from shop to shop. It's very tired. Real shopping is indispensable for people nevertheless.

                

       Online shopping and real shopping are the most preferable shopping style. Shopping habits vary together with new blossoming age.

FOOTBALL TEAMS IN TURKEY

    There are many sports in the world. Football is one of them. There are a lot of  football teams. A lot of famous football teams are known all around the world. Like each country, Turkey has more than one football team. Three them are GALATASARAY, fenerbahçe and beşiktaş gymnastics club. 

    

     Galatasaray is the most famous team in Turkey. In 1905, Galatasaray was established as Turkey's first football team under the leadership of Ali Sami Yen. The founders were Ali Sami Yen, Asım Tevfik Sonumut, Emint Bülent Serdaroğlu etc. It's colors are yellow and red. Symbol of galatasaray is lion. Galatasaray has been champion for 18 times in Turkey League Championship. Also it won the UEFA cup and UEFA Super Cup in 2000. Galatasaray won the European Cup an become the first Turkish football team.

     Fenerbahçe is the second team in Turkey. Fenerbahçe was founded by Nurizade Ziya, Ayetullah and Necip in 1907.It's colors are yellow and dark blue. Symbol of Fenerbahçe is canary. Other branches of FB are basketball, voleyball, athletics, boxing, rawing, sailing, swimming and table tennis. FB has risen up to the UEFA champions League quarter finals in 2008.  FB won The Balkan Cup.

     Beşiktaş is a good team in Turkey. Beşiktaş Gymnastic Cup was founded in İstanbul in March 1903. Ottoman Gymnastics was named as first name on January13, 1910. Beşiktaş became the first team which  has been registered organization in Turkey. It has 21 founders. Some of them are Fuat Balkan, Ali Kılıç.. It's colors are black and white. Symbol of Beşiktaş is black eagle.

     Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş are Turkey's leader teams. Football teams have a great importance in the world. Football's reputation will never lose.
